Disconnect: The Wedding Planner (2023)

Disconnect: The Wedding Planner has almost no redeeming qualities. The humor isn't funny. The plot makes no sense. What millionaire would entrust the last-minute planning of his elaborate wedding to anyone but an experienced wedding planner? Once the plot lays out this incredible decision as its fueling premise, nothing that follows is either believable or interesting. Characters lack depth. New people are introduced as if they'll be important and then disappear forever. The plot turns go nowhere.

Tope Tedela plays an Investor in the movie who will invest the money for his dream wedding. Here, in the trailer of the film, he seems to be stressed out and tired. He also says that he doesn't trust the wedding planner that his would-be wife chooses, and the planner whom he has decided on is booked till the end of the year.

Pascal Tokodi plays the role of Otis in the movie as a wedding planner. He wishes to change his present situation and do better, but he finally finds out that he is trapped in the scam. After that, the planner became hopeless and helpless. As time passes, one day, he finds an investor to invest money in his work, and somehow he makes them agree to do a traditional destination wedding.

After she graduated, Oliver continued to follow her dreams and found a job as an event planner at Arbor Manor in Salt Lake City, specializing in weddings. She worked in that position for a few years. However, while she loved her job, she did not enjoy the time commitments involved, which often took up evenings and weekends. As a result, Oliver decided to switch fields so she could have a more traditional work schedule, leading to more time with her family.

Oliver found a new job in project management at Henriksen Butler (H/B), a furniture company, where she continued to use her roots in experience design to create meaningful experiences for others. As a wedding planner, she had often had to coordinate between multiple vendors, an invaluable skill for project managers. While at H/B, Oliver also became more aware of the needs of employees in a traditional corporate setting. She noticed a disconnect between employees and management and felt inspired to help everyone feel heard and appreciated.

Lauren Randolph founded My Hotel Wedding in 2012 based on her decade of experience as a wedding planner and catering manager for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts at the world famous Beverly Wilshire. Working at the Beverly Wilshire I worked with wedding couples daily. What I learned is that most had no idea what to ask or how to go about the process. 041b061a72
